We’ve decided to move from our current house. A couple of weeks back, we had looked at a couple of houses in the close proximity of our work place. Out of four houses, we saw we both liked the one we saw last. A two story house with four need rooms and nice little garden. We thought the rents are too high. Not necessarily, we can’t afford to, but savings, after moving out from company provided accomodation and paying for all other things like water, electricity etc wouldn’t make much sense. Then, we looked at a couple of apartments earlier this evening and even they range from 115K to 130K. Now we are discussing the options we have and possible short listing from properties we have seen so far.
