Since 1st quarter of last year, I have had ODM crew assigned to support me in the day job. Thus far, I have had 3 such ladies. I have to say, I have been very fortunate that all of them have been very knowledgable, skilled and more importantly with right can do attitude and absolutely dependable They have been a great support to me, not only day-to-day stuff, but also in managing short term projects.
